2012 Calgary Energy Roundtable conference

The ninth annual Calgary Energy Roundtable will take place on Tuesday, October 2nd at the Petroleum Club. The conference will gather 150 representatives from Canada and abroad for discussions on Canada’s energy export future.
 
With some of the world's largest proven reserves of oil and gas, Canada plays an increasingly important role in global energy markets. However, efforts to leverage the country’s energy advantage are facing opposition domestically and abroad. Presenters will address the impact of these developments on investment in infrastructure and production, and highlight the strategies that are being rolled out in efforts to define Canada’s place in the global energy mix.
 
A VIP networking reception on the eve of the conference will gather the conference guests and include remarks from a prominent speaker on global energy trends.
